Based upon Plaintiff YOEL SBERLO, TRUSTEE FOR THE SBERLO
FAMILTY TRUST’s Application for an Order to Post the Summons for Unlawful Detainer, the
Court finds that Defendant YARNG ALTAWAL and All Occupants in Possession claim a
possessory interest in real property in this state that is subject to the jurisdiction of this Court, and
that Defendant YARNG ALTAWAL and All Occupants in Possession cannot be served with
reasonable diligence in any manner specified in Article 3 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Civil
Procedure (Sections 415.10 et seq) other than by publication, and a cause of action for unlawful
detainer exists against Defendants, and they are proper parties in this action.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summons issued by the Clerk of this Court in
the above-entitled action be posted, in a manner most likely to give actual notice to the
Defendant YARNG ALTAWAL and All Occupants in Possession, upon the property located in
the County of San Francisco, State of California, more fully described as follows: 1780
McAllister Street, Unit #3, San Francisco, CA 94102.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the summons and complaint be
mailed to Defendant YARNG ALTAWAL and All Occupants in Possession by certified mail to
