1. lam an attorney at law in good standing, duly licensed to practice law in the
State of California, and | represent the Petitioner in these proceedings, Herb Thomas, a
private professional conservator, as Successor Trustee of the Rosia L. Hart Revocable Trust
dated May 19, 2004 (the “Trust’).
2. The Successor Trustee recently submitted to the Court for review his Ex Parte
Petition to Freeze Settlor's Line of Credit with JPMorgan Chase Bank; Order Release of
DECLARATION RE: NOTICE T CASE NO, PTR-06-288755
PARTE PETITION REGARDING SETTLOR’S
TO WAIVE NOTICE TO SETTLOR OF SAMECc oD
All Records Regarding That Loan to Trustee; and Order That All Future Correspondence
Be Directed to Trustee and No One Else and his Ex Parte Petition to Waive Notice to
Settior and Her Attorney of Trustee’s Ex Parte Petition Regarding Settior’s Line of
Credit with JPMorgan Chase Bank.
3. On Friday, June 11, 2010 at approximately 11:00 a.m., I spoke with Settior's
court-appointed counsel, Bruce Feder, by phone. | informed him of the circumstances leading
to the filing of the petitions and the relief requested therein, and | faxed copies of the petitions
to him immediately after ending our conversation. | also informed him that | would submit a
declaration regarding providing notice to him on Monday and ask that the petitions be re-
submitted for consideration on Tuesday. During our conversation, Mr. Feder did not express
either support for or objection to the petitions.
4. Thus, notice was provided as required under CRC, Rule 3.1203.
| certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the
