"Patsy Moler hired Clearview Industries, Inc., a corporation owned by Chris and Jennifer
Hulme, to do improvements to her Santa Barbara residential property. The initial scope of the project
was a painting job. The scope of the project expanded over time. The project began in September
2011, and continued until May 2013. Disputes eventually arose that could not be resolved and led
to the filing of this lawsuit with claims made by both sides."
