             1             WHEREAS, Plaintiffs filed a Motion to Compel and for Sanctions Against
             2    Defendants David M. Bragg and Silicon Valley Real Ventures, LLC on July 12,
             3    2022;
             4             WHEREAS, the hearing on said Motion was originally scheduled for
             5    October 7, 2022;
             6             WHEREAS, the Court now has availability on its calendar to hear said
             7    Motion on August 5, 2022;
             8             WHEREAS, good cause has been shown to hear said Motion on August 5,
             9    2022;
           10              IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
           11              1.       The October 7, 2022 hearing on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel and for
           12     Sanctions Against Defendants David M. Bragg and Silicon Valley Real Ventures,
           13     LLC shall be vacated.
           14              2.       Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel and for Sanctions Against Defendants
