COUNT 1: POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON
WHILE ON PROBATION, 21 O.S. Section 1283 (A), a FELONY

STATE OF OKLAHOMA, PUSHMATAHA COUNTY

I, Mark A. Matloff, the undersigned District Attorney of Pushmataha County, in
the name and by the authority of the State of Oklahoma, give information that in
Pushmataha County, and in the State of Oklahoma, TIMOTHY NEESE, also
known as TIMOTHY EVERETT NEESE, also known as TIMOTHY EVERT
NEESE, did then and there unlawfully, knowingly and wrongfully commit the
crime(s) of:

COUNT 1: POSSESSION OF A FIREARM AFTER A PRIOR FELONY
CONVICTION, 21 O.S. Section 1283 (A), a FELONY, on or about March 31,
2016, by having in his possession, or under his immediate control, or at
Defendant’s residence, a Marlin brand 22-caliber rifle; a H&R brand 22-caliber
rifle, and a Smith & Wesson brand revolver, after having been convicted, on July

126, 2011, in the District Court of OKLAHOMA, Case Number CF-2010-6231,
State of Oklahoma v. Timothy Everett Neese, of felony crimes.

A person convicted of this crime may be punished by imprisonment in the custody
of the Department of Corrections for a period of not less than one (1) year nor
more than ten (10) years.
