This Order Relates to All Cases.

 

 

The Court, having reviewed the parties’ letters of July 15, 2022, and July 21, 2022, orders as
follows:

The case management conference scheduled for August 2, 2022 is continued to August 17, 2022,
at 9:00 a.m. All lead trial counsel must appear in person.

The continuance will allow the parties additional time to provide the status of mediation and to
meet and confer regarding a stipulated trial and summary judgment hearing schedule. The currently
scheduled hearing for summary judgment is vacated.

The joint case management conference statement is due on August 10, 2022.

The objection to Case Management Order No. 6 hearing is continued from August 2, 2022, to
August 17, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
