This matter is on calendar for hearing on a Petition for Termination filed by the father Timothy
O’Connor. The Court dispenses with notice to the deceased maternal grandparents and deceased
paternal grandmother. The Guardians, adult sibling, mother and paternal grandfather have been
timely served. The Court notes that the minors are eligible for membership in the Pit River Tribe.
The Pit River Tribe must also be served a copy of the Petition and Notice of Hearing and may also
be served by mail. Children’s Services has requested a continuance to complete its report. This
