ANALYSIS: On October 31, 2012, Plaintiff Tesoro Del Valle Master Homeowners Association (Plaintiff) filed this action against Defendant Forest K. Balmain (Defendant) for enforcement of homeowners association assessments. The Court granted Plaintiffs application for publication and proof of service by publication was filed on July 12, 2013. Following Defendants failure to respond, default was entered against him on August 7, 2013, and default judgment was entered on May 8, 2014.
