Plaintiff, a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation, seeks, inter alia, declaratory relief regarding its rights under Proposition 64, the Adult Use of Marijuana Act, and the ordinances and regulations of the County of Los Angeles related to the distribution of medical marijuana. The complaint, filed 5/19/17, asserts causes of action for:

1. Declaratory Relief

2. Injunctive Relief

3. Writ of Mandate

A Case Management Conference is set for 10/16/17.

Defendant County of Los Angeles (“County”) demurs, per CCP § 430.10(e), to the first through third causes of action in Plaintiff Greenmile Health Alliance Inc.’s (“plaintiff”) complaint, on the basis that they each fail to state facts sufficient to constitute causes of action. The County also demurs
