This case arises from the Plaintiff’s claim that the Defendants have exceeded the use of an easement for ingress and egress on the Plaintiff’s property by parking on the easement and by harassing her. Trial is set for March 13, 2017.
At this hearing, the Defendants requests that the Court reconsider the temporary restraining order that barred the Defendants from exceeding the use of the easement, from blocking a fire lane, and from engaging in conduct that harasses the Plaintiff or contractors she has hired. The Court issued the temporary restraining order on October 14, 2016.
