Michael Vance and Jamie Vance (“Plaintiffs”) purchased a home in La Quinta Country Club Estate from
JAMKE (a partnership) on 3/14/13. Their real estate brokers/agents were Vicky Johns dba Lake Laguna
Realty (“Johns”) and Amy Vanocur Strebe (“Strebe”). Plaintiffs believed they were purchasing a 100%
interest in the property. They assert that in August 2021, they learned for the first time that they were
