Defendant Lori Y. Putnam’s demurrer to plaintiff William R. Younger, II’s complaint is
CONTINUED on the Court’s own motion to Thursday, March 9, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. in
Department Seven, so that Ms. Putman’s motion to transfer and coordinate actions, filed in the
Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, may be heard on February 24, 2017.
(Defendant’s Request for Judicial Notice, Exh. 5, Case no. BP172365.) Defendant shall file a
copy of Los Angeles Superior Court’s ruling on the motion to transfer and coordinate actions
with this Court by no later Thursday, March 2, 2017. Should the continued hearing date be
inconvenient for any party, the party shall meet and confer with all parties and contact the Court
at (530) 406-6838 to arrange an alternative date agreed upon by all parties. If the parties cannot
agree, then the Court’s selected hearing date for the continued motion is confirmed.
