TENTATIVE RULING:
Defendants California Insurance Guarantee Association’s demurrer to the second through sixth causes of action as against Defendant CIGA is SUSTAINED without leave to amend. Plaintiff will be given 30 days leave to amend to assert a cause of action against Defendant CIGA for breach of statutory duty under the Guarantee Act, if Plaintiff chooses to do so.
