This action arises out of a lease agreement for an outdoor billboard sign on property owned by Defendants Vivi Stafford, Novarro Stafford, Louise Stafford, Debra Stafford, and Frederick Stafford (“Defendants”). The lease agreement was executed by Plaintiff Summit Media, LLC (“Summit”) as the lessee, and Defendant Vivi Stafford (“Vivi”) as lessor on behalf of her and the co-owners. Plaintiff Summit asserts a cause of action for breach of contract against all Defendants, alleging that Defendants breached the “quiet enjoyment” provision of the lease agreement.
