BACKGROUND
On April 22, 2016, Plaintiffs Sherry Sheldon and David Sheldon (“Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint against Defendants APRO LLC dba United Oil #166, CF United LLC, Logan David W, and Levier Anthony Co (“Defendants”). Plaintiff’s complaint alleged negligence, premises liability, and loss of consortium for a slip-and-fall that occurred on September 15, 2015.
On April 2, 3019, Plaintiffs filed a motion to continue trial and all related cut-off dates due to Plaintiff’s counsel being unavailable during the currently set trial date, a stipulation, the brevity of the requested continuances, and the prejudice that would exist if the motion is not granted.
Trial is set for May 22, 2019.¿
