On October 13, 2020, defendants Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc., Pioneer Custom Electrical Products Corp., Geo Murickan, and Brett DeChellis and plaintiff Myers Power Products, Inc. appeared ex parte in Department 1 seeking the appointment of Hon.
