On December 10, 2015, Plaintiff Denise R. Bray (“Plaintiff”) filed this medical negligence action against Defendants Citrus Valley Health Partners, Inc. (“Moving Defendant”), Parvinder Singh, M.D., F.R.C.A., and Lincoln S. Yee, M.D. Plaintiff alleges that she suffered a deep lesion to the front portion of her mouth while she was anesthetized during an October 20, 2014 right rotator cuff surgery. Compl., ¶ 7. Moving Defendant now moves for summary judgment or, in the alternative, summary adjudication.
