This case has been deemed related to other cases that arise from a joint venture to invest in the development of real property in North Hollywood. The other cases are the following:
1) the complaint in EC060120, Miyata v. Roco Investment Holdings, in which the plaintiffs are the owners of two parcels of real property in North Hollywood
