Plaintiff Saavedra filed an action under case number PC-20200047 against defendants asserting causes of action for failure to pay overtime, failure to pay minimum wages, failure to provide meal and rest breaks, waiting time penalties, and other causes of action related to their former employment during the period of July 20, 2017 to October 1, 2018. The same counsel represents the three plaintiffs in both actions. The same defense counsel represents defendants in both actions.
