The Court intends to require that Petitioner provide further information with respect to why this simple estate (one asset only) did not close within one year; whether the Justin house was occupied at anytime from Ms. Voinovich's death in June 2005 through the close of escrow in June 2008. The Court also questions why there are no minimal cash assets shown, such as a checking account with some balance at the time of Ms. Voinovich's death, as part of the estate.
