BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Fernando Moran Gonzalez (“Plaintiff”) filed this action following a motor vehicle collision with Defendants Jorge Octavio Hererra and Lourdes Maria Ortegonbaeza (“Defendants”). Defendanst filed motions to enforce subpoenas issued to Prohealth Advanced Imaging Institute (“Proheath”), City View Surgery Center (“City View”), and Dr. Farad Mobin, M.D. (“Dr. Mobin”). On June 2, 2020, Defendants withdrew the motions to enforce subpoenas against City View and Dr. Mobin. However, the motion to enforce the subpoena against Prohealth remains on calendar. Defendants originally filed their motion on May 18, 2020, and made personal service on Prohealth on that same date, in compliance with California Rules of Court, rule 3.1346. No oppositions have been filed to the motion. The motion is granted.
