BACKGROUND

In BC722801, on September 20, 2018, Plaintiffs Matthew Robert Horner and Lisa Horner filed a complaint against Defendants Moon Valley Nursery Inc. dba Moon Mountain Farms LLC, Armando Rodriguez Banda, and Leslie W. Blake. The complaint alleges negligence, negligent entrustment, negligent hiring, retention and supervision, and loss of consortium for an automobile collision that occurred on September 21, 2016.

In BC723467, on September 27, 2018, Plaintiff Truck Insurance Exchange filed a complaint against Defendants Moon Valley Nursery Inc. dba Moon Mountain Farms LLC and Armando Rodriguez Banda. The complaint alleges negligence for a recovery of workers’ compensation benefits in relation to an automobile collision that occurred on September 21, 2016.
