Plaintiffs Cheyenne Figueroa and Tatijana Tolerson (“Plaintiffs”) have brought this employment action against Defendants NBA Automotive, Inc. (“NBA Automotive”), Hooman Nissani (“Hooman”), Rayan Nissani (“Rayan”) and Does (collectively “Defendants”) for eleven causes of action.
