On August 16, 2018, Plaintiff Sheldon Coleman filed this action against Defendant Heavenly Vision Senior Housing LP. In a minute order dated February 18, 2020, the Court ordered the action dismissed pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 581(b)(3) after no appearances by or for any party were made at the February 18, 2020 trial or January 30, 2020 Final Status Conference.
