Defendant/Cross-Complainant JSL Plaza Puente Hills LLC’s Motion for an Order Awarding Reasonable Attorney’s Fees is GRANTED. The court awards Cross-Complainant/Defendant JSL attorneys’ fees in the amount of $45,380.00.
