Plaintiff Ignacio Amezquita (“Plaintiff”) filed this employment action on November 6, 2015. Plaintiff filed the operative Third Amended Complaint (“TAC”) on July 11, 2016. The TAC is brought against Defendants Walgreen Co. (“Walgreens”), Sharjeel Ahmad (“Ahmad”) and Daeus Brown (“Brown”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
