Defendant/Cross-Complainants Joseph Lloyd Collins and Repossession Empire dba Legion’s unopposed Motion for An Order Determining Good Faith Settlement is GRANTED.

The parties to the settlement are Plaintiff Harbor Green Grain, LP and Defendants Joseph Collins, Repossession Empire dba Legion, Pepe’s Towing, LLC and Hay-X-Press, LLC. The settlement requires Defendants to pay Plaintiff Harbor Green $100,000.00 and for Hay-X-Press, LLC to waive its $36,000.00 counter claim against Plaintiff. “When no one objects, the bare bones motion which sets forth the ground of good faith, accompanied by a declaration which sets forth a brief background of the case is sufficient.” (City of Grand Terrace v.
