Appoint Adriane Mikeal, limited conservator of the person of her nephew, Jamal Moore. Authorize each of the seven statutory powers recommended by Dr. Saltzman.
The petition of the Ventura County Public Guardian is rendered moot.
Set hearings on care plan and one-year status report. The court notes that the limited conservator intends to move the limited conservatee to Delaware, a move with which this court concurs as in the best interests of the limited conservatee. This court authorizes this move and provisionally grants the petition to transfer the conservatorship of the limited conservatee's person to the State of Delaware pursuant to the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act. In so doing, this court makes each of the findings required under Probate Code 2001(d).
