TENTATIVE RULING: (1) The Application of Plaintiff for Prejudgment Writ of Attachment and Order Thereon as to Defendant GCI Solar, LLC and (2 the Application of Plaintiff for Prejudgment Writ of Attachment and Order Thereon as to Defendant William Chen are GRANTED, in part. (1) The claim upon which the attachment is based is one upon which an attachment may be issued. (2) The plaintiff has established the probable validity of the claim upon which the attachment is based.
