The following constitutes the Court's tentative ruling on Plaintiff Cristy Milano's ("Plaintiff") Motion for New Trial, which is scheduled to be heard by the Court on Friday, May 26, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in Department 32.
To request oral argument on this matter, you must call the Court at (916) 874-5682 (Department 32) by 4:00 p.m., the court day before this hearing and notification of oral argument must be made to the opposing party/counsel.
