Before the Court are four discovery motions, all brought by Plaintiff Vianey Salgado (“Plaintiff”).
(1) MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER DEPOSITION TESTIMONY FROM TOMMY LEE (ROA 113)
Plaintiff’s motion to compel further deposition testimony from deponent Tommy Lee (“Lee”) seeks to compel Lee to testify to the names of (1) the current TCUV Regional Manager for Los Angeles; (2) the current San Francisco TCUV manager; and (3) the San Francisco Region TCUV Manager while Mr. Lee was the Los Angeles Regional TCUV Manager.
