Motion to Quash Discovery Subpoenas
Plaintiff Ken Williams’s motion for an order to quash and/or modify the following ten discovery subpoenas is denied:
(1) Ahmad Hajj, M.D.; (2) Ahmad Hajj, M.D. c/o Solutions Health Care; (3) Anaheim Advanced Imaging c/o Radnet Management, Inc.; (4) Anaheim Advanced Imaging c/o Radnet Management, Inc. (Billing); (5) UCI Medical Center; (6) UCI Medical Center Billing Office; (7) UCI Medical Center (X-Ray); (8) Beverly Radiology Medical Group c/o Radnet Management, Inc.; (9) Beverly Radiology Medical Group c/o Radnet Management, Inc. (Billing) (10) CalOptima.
The plaintiff already sought to quash or modify 9 of the 10 subpoenas at issue in this motion. The court then ruled that the motion to quash was denied but that the subpoenas would be limited to 5 years before the accident at issue in this case. Consistent with this court’s prior order from April 13, 2018, the defendant modified the subject subpoenas such that they are each limited in time to 5 yea
