The Motion to Compel is GRANTED. Within twenty (20) days, Plaintiff OSI shall produce the documents previously agreed to be provided. Within twenty (20) days, Plaintiff OSI shall provide, without objection, supplemental responses to Request for Production, Nos. 1-4, 11, 19, 28 & 33. The parties shall meet and confer on a protective order regarding the discovery.
The requested documents are relevant to the issues in this case. There is good cause for the production. OSI allegedly disbanded its accounting, human resources and other support teams. It allegedly allowed its lease to lapse. New employees were allegedly hired by a different company. OSI was allegedly using employees paid by Nisum to do non-Nisum work and using Nisum’s confidential information to generate this work. All the requested documents are relevant and
