Plaintiffs Alejandra Moreno (Moreno) and Daniel Reyes (Reyes) (collectively Plaintiffs) allege that, on June 28, 2021, Defendant Maria Arroyo contacted her uncle, Martin Hernandez, and her cousin, Steven Hernandez, to show them fake, made up, and false, [sic] fictitious information.
Plaintiffs allege Defendants falsely claimed Plaintiff Reyes had vandalized Defendants vehicle and that Defendant wanted money for damages to her vehicle.
