TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion to Compel Responses of Antique Rehman, to have
Requests for Admissions Deemed Admitted, and for Sanctions is GRANTED pursuant to
Cal. Code of Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290, 2031.300, 2033.280(b).

On or before August 24, 2022, Defendant Rehman shall serve verified substantive
answers to Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories, Set One, without objections other than
privilege. On or before August 24, 2022, Defendant Rehman shall serve verified
