TENTATIVE ORDER:

The motion to dismiss is denied. The court strikes the default as VOID as it was entered during a period of automatic stay. The motion to quash service is denied. The case remains stayed until the arbitration proceedings have been dismissed or completed.

It is the court’s obligation, particularly when a self-represented litigant is involved, to ascertain the true meaning and intent of motions filed if improperly labeled.
