TENTATIVE RULING
The demurrer is overruled as to the first cause of action. The demurrer is sustained without leave to amend as to the second cause of action. For the ninth cause of action, the court strikes allegations relating to Plaintiff’s rights and remedies to the withheld client funds as set forth in paragraphs 157, 159, 165 of the SAC. The demurrer is otherwise overruled on the ninth cause of action. The motion to strike is denied relating to the punitive damages and attorneys’ fees allegations. The motion to strike is granted as to the entirety of the third cause of action. The demurrer is also granted as to the third cause of action without leave to amend.
