Plaintiff Scott Helf (“Plaintiff”) alleges as follows: Plaintiff was a regular faculty member employed by Western University of Health Sciences (“University”) on one-year contracts since 2007, until University terminated his employment effective January 17, 2020. University failed to follow the procedure mandated by the Faculty Handbook for terminating regular faculty members employed on one-year contracts.
On December 23, 2020, Plaintiff filed a complaint, asserting causes of action against University for:
