TENTATIVE: DENY
Even if the Court could reach the merits of the Petition, the Court could not grant the
unopposed Petition because the evidence presented does not establish the existence of a
continuing or recurring violation of a reasonable rule or regulation of the park with the required
clear and convincing evidence. Civil Code §798.88. Moreover, there has been an insufficient
showing of great or irreparable harm that would result from the continuance or recurrence of the
alleged violations. Instead, it appears that Respondent has taken or attempted to take steps to
