Production of documents: Responding party (defendant Blikyan) is ordered to serve verified code-compliant responses and produce documents, without objection, within 10 days.
Sanctions: Finding willful abuse of the discovery process and no substantial justification therefor, the court awards monetary sanctions against defendant Blikyan and in favor of plaintiff and its counsel in the amount of $350 and $60 in costs for each motion, for a total of $820.
