The accounting states it paid the $824.34 claim, and there were no other claims. The executor needs to address these two other creditor claims before the Court can resolve this matter. The matter is continued to November 19, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B to allow the executor to file a supplement to the accounting addressing the two creditor claims. The executor shall update the accounting and proposed distribution if necessary.
