BACKGROUND
Joel Glover applies to appear as counsel pro hac vice for Defendants.
DISCUSSION
The Court finds that the cases cited by Plaintiff in her opposition to the pro hac vice application of Joel Glover are distinguishable and do not apply to the pro hac vice application of Joel Glover. Surplice did not involve a pro hac vice application at all and instead was a criminal case that addressed issues of unlawful search and seizure. (People v. Surplice (1962) 203 Cal.App.2d 784.) Preyer also was a criminal case that did not address the issue of a pro hac vice application and addressed issues of waiver and sentencing. (P
