STATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AND/OR PROCEEDINGS:

Plaintiff tenant alleges that Defendant landlord engaged in numerous acts of threatening Plaintiff and retaliating against Plaintiff, culminating in wrongful eviction, for making complaints to the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety about
