TENTATIVE RULING: On September 17, 2019 the Court ordered the Conservators to prepare and file accounting documents at least 30 days prior to this hearing date. No such documents have been filed. The Court has been informed that an accounting has been prepared, and that a petition to appoint a successor conservator may be filed in the near future. For the foregoing reasons, the matter is CONTINUED to December 19, 2020, 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B. The Court orders that Conservators file accounting documents at least 30 days prior to the December 19 hearing date. Clerk to provide notice to all parties.
