· DENIED. Petitioner Jette Eiring Williams Petition for Relief from
failure to timely file a Government Tort Claim is Denied.
· This is a Slip & Fall case arising out of an accident in a Municipal parking lot in Burlingame on January 23, 2016, over two years ago.
· In the Court’s opinion, and I so find, Petitioner has not made an adequate factual showing to support, ignorance of law, tolling, excusable neglect, or lack of prejudice to the City of Burlingame on account of her delay.
