Tentative Ruling: The court enters judgment pursuant to the court of appeal’s order of remand, denies petitioner and plaintiff Monarch Country Mobilehome Owners Association’s verified petition for writ of mandate and complaint, and orders this action dismissed, with prejudice.
Background: On May 18, 2009, petitioner and plaintiff Monarch Country Mobilehome Owners Association filed a verified petition for writ of mandate and complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief. Monarch challenged respondent City of Goleta’s approval of the mobilehome park condominium conversion of real party in interest Goleta Mobile Home Park, LP, (“Park Owner”). On January 24, 2011, this court entered its judgment granting Monarch’s petition for writ of mandate. Park Owner and the City appealed.
