Biography

The Hon. Janice Hayes-Perkinson (deceased) was a judge for the Sacramento County Superior Court in California. The Hon. Alan G. Perkins filled the vacancy created by her retirement in 2005. Hayes passed away on January 13, 2010, after battling lung cancer. She was 63 at the time of her death.

She was posthumously awarded the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Benefactor Award in 2011.

She was survived by her husband, John Perkinson.
