me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Iam authorized
to practice before this Court, and i

2. I have reviewed the time records for counsel Le Scampi
for Plaintiff, Condominium
Association, Inc. (“Plaintiff") in this action,

4. Based upon the above, 31is my opinion that $1 1,355.00 are appropriate attomeys’
fees for services rendered in this action as of September 5, 2018, that costs of $l,451.00 incurred in
connection with the same are reasonable, that atotal of $12,806.00 in billed fees and costs is fair
and reasonable, and that additional attomcys’ fees and costs inthe amount of $975.00 to be incurred
inconnection with this action through its conclusion are reasonable.
5. I have evaluated the factors below in determining my opinion of reasonable
attorneys“ fees and costs as stated above:
(a) The time and labor required, the novelty and difficulty ofthe questions
involved, the skillrequired to perform the legal services properly;
(b) The likelihood, it‘apparent t0 the claim, that the acceptance ofthe particular
employment would preciude other employment by the lawyer;
(c) The fee customarily charged in the locality for similar legal services;
((1) The time limitations imposed by the client or by the circumstances;
(6) The amount involved and the results obtained;
(0 The nature and the iength ofthe professionai reiationship with the client;
(g) The experience, reputation, and ability of the lawyer or lawyers performing
the services;
(h) Whether the fee is fixed or contingent; and
(i) Awards in similar cases.
