COMES NOW, your undersigned Defendant Toni Sherman who files this affidavit and
states as follows:
1. That Iam at least 21 years of age and in all ways capable of making this affidavit.
2. That Idispute the allegations contained within Plaintiffs Amended Complaint and
specifically deny that I owe all of the amounts as identified in Plaintiffs Amended
Complaint and their Motion for Summary Judgment.
3. That I specifically dispute the amounts that are alleged to be due and as stated in the
"Transaction History" that is filed in this case and the manner in which the Plaintiff
calculates the amounts alleged to be due.
4. That I dispute the manner in which Special Assessments are assessed and that I dispute
the manner in which they are calculated as against my unit.
5. That I specifically dispute that I should be charged $12,806.00 in attorney's fees for what
I understand to be a fairly simple and straightforward legal matter. My review of the
attorney fee bill appears to show that I am being billed for fees and charges for matters
that are not directly and specifically related to my particular unit or case.
6. That the lien asserted by Plaintiff and in particular those amounts associated with Special
Assessments are not properly asserted, noticed or claimed against me.
