The Guardian, Administrator and Attorney Ad Litem (“GAL”) serves this, his supplemental
report with respect to undertaking his due diligence in this matter to ascertain the whereabouts of
any heirs, grantees, devisees, or anyone claiming by, through, or under the deceased Dorothy
Perdomo and attaches hereto as Exhibit “A” correspondence from Saralyn Perdomo surviving
daughter of Dorothy Perdomo.
WHEREFORE, the GAL demands the following relief:
That this Honorable Court takes Jurisdiction of the subject matter and parties.
That this Honorable Court enter an Order Discharging the GAL after the receipt of the
discovery responses and supplementation of this report.
That upon Supplementation of this report, that this Honorable Court enter an Order
discharging the GAL and awarding the GAL reasonable GAL fees.
